Would these cause my van to sit over the wheels as in its dropped

Do you need to support the subframe/rear axle when you remove the shocks? I can't tell if I need to take the load off the suspension or not and it's not very clear what the setup here is, the only thing mentioned are ramps…

Can I rise the rear of the van with longer shocks? My van sits very low
