On points they run on 6 volts 12 volt start only so make sure you have a resistor try 1.6 ohms.

Ratchet impact on the crank. You can also be patient and put a flywheel and starter on it. Take your time with it.

How big are your arms! It will probely run,the coil will work.
well if it does, make sure to retard the timing way back. it can kick back and pull you in if its tdc or before. . The inertia of the flywheel has to pull it through. Before you dismiss this, take the Blade off your Briggs push mower and start the mower. Dont rush and hurt yourself. good luck.
I see one head bolt is not tight. !!
