How to weld a broken GM sway bar. No replacement needed. They break all the time. This fix has never failed me, and I have done at least 50 this way. Do you remove the negative battery terminal before welding these? I would think the sway bar bushing isolates the weld voltage from the chassis and it may not be necessary?
