What way would you recommend to check the switch for the window?
You may have to remove the door panel and see if the regulator is stuck. If
the window regulator cable is broke, you may need to free-it-up, so that

What if the window is stuck in the up position? How do you get it down

I just bought a regulator from you guys. I reinstalled the regulator as
well as the whole assembly just as directed by this video. The window went
down, but it will not go up. When I engage the regulator i can hear it
trying to move the window, but it wont budge. What could be my issue?

The window motor could be getting tired. You could try to spray the
weatherstrip around the window with silicone spray, this will help it to

Thanks for the video. What would you recommend for a ’01 Maxima with a
driver’s window that goes down fine but goes up slow and not smooth? When I
press the up button it takes it a few seconds to actually go up. Goes up
but seems like one day soon it won’t.
HI Joel, You should check to see if there’s power going to the window motor
when the switch is pressed. If there is, then the motor might very well be
