Hey, the sony xplod worked fine for the time I had it, about 12 months
before I upgraded, never had any issues with it. As an entry level amp it
was great and yes it would be matched perfectly for 2 300W rms subs at 2
ohms. I had 2 clarion WG3010’s 12″ subs 300Wrms going on it and it never
let me down. I then moved to a Polk PA2000.2D powering a single Polk MM1240
and am currently in the process of upgrading to a Crescendo BC2000D
powering a Fi Q 12″
don’t buy xplod!
hey mate nice install! , how does that sony mono block go im thinking of
getting one to run 2 12″ xplod 300watt rms subs in parallel do you think it
would be 2 ohms stable ?
