Buyer beware. Just got one installed and had instant regret once it turned on. 12,000 btu model for a 400sq ft room based on the recommendation of 5 different companies. It takes FOREVER to cool down the room and has literally no power with the fan on maximum level. (Yes, I’ve ran through the entire manual and settings.) I’m now trying to figure out how to replace this thing to something that can actually cool down a room quickly and push the air around the room. Expensive mistake that looks nice.
