Todd Whaley says:

I used a 7 1/2 ton jaw puller on a 92 sedan deville, not so bad

Emt Scythe says:

Leave the bolts in, back them out 5-6 threads. Leave the socket on the end
of them and tap on the bolts. It will dislodge the bearing very easily
without all that pounding.

Joshua Barth says:

If you would have used a fwd flange puller and a slide hammer that job
would have went way quicker and you wouldn’t have had to unbolt the ball
joint or any of that be.

warezhacker says:

thanks for the video

Daniel Carpenter says:

Just a Thought, They make a hub puller for about $10. With that hammer you
could have made your own. lol.

MrTaurus00 says:

Its usually always best to remove the bolts from the top on the strut
versus the ball joint mainly because you will upset the alignment, also
they have to be torqued to a spec. Good video thou very informative for
those who dont know or just like watchin vids like this, meaning myself

Gilbert Arciniega says:

You will need take the hub assembly to a shop. They need to use the press
machine. 1/2 labor. It is much easier to buy the whole assembly. Actually,
that was the only thing available when I ordered the part

Sheldon Cooper says:

our was so rusted we had to use 13 ton of force to get it out…. used
about 2 days on that job, but saved some money! 😉

test90963 says:

Elo Elo Do you have such instructions to the rear wheel bearings

MrLIFEISTOOSHORT says:

should’ve struck a prybar or even a screwdriver between the knuckle and the
hub bearing and just pryed it out no need to take out axle

Eduardo Lino says:

How hard would it be to remove wheel bearing from the hub? I only bought
bearing and don’t really need to buy the hub . What do you think

Gilbert Arciniega says:

If I had a situation like that. I would have resorted to just buying a new
spindle along with the new bearing. Unless the spindle cost a quad zillion
dollars LOL

eclipser2004 says:

check out ‘ 2003 mazda front wheel bearing replacement (press in type
bearing) ‘

eclipser2004 says:

I watched 2 guys at Cdn Tire garage removing the right front wheel hub on a
2003 Eclipse last year. They heated with oxy/acetylene and it still would
not come off. Then they heated it up blood red and wailed on it with a
sledgehammer and it come of in about 10 pieces, finally. Nasty job after a
few winters of road salt.

GoldenShiner1 says:

it looks like the bearing and the hub came together in all one piece?

Marquese Branch says:

yeah stupid train lol

LIOTBs says:

Thank you for this. It really helped!
