prospector89 says:

I ordered these halo headlights fot my 07 eclipse very helpful but what if I wanted to hook all the lights the 2 single led’s..led bar and of course the 2 halos around the low and high beam lights I do kno how to hook the halos up but what about the led’s what wires connect to what?…thanx!!

yo says:

Hi Jason, I’m thinking of getting this kit for my 07 4g. I want to know if this kit comes with headlight bulbs included or will I need to get them on my own, and my other question is, for a gray (no silver, people confuse it with this car, sorry) 4g, what color do you think will be best, the black or the clear one? thank you

Carlos Lazo says:

i tried vampiring the wires to the green and white tracer and didn’t work.. wat do you think the problem is ???

DvonJames51 says:

currently installing now…quick question for you is there a rubber sleeve for the headlight in between the hood and the headlight (for rain etc.)??? that u need and if not any problems because of the rubber sleeve not there??

4GEclipseHowTo says:

if you want the LED’s to work when in accessory mode (same as halos) connect them the same way as the halo’s as shown 🙂

Carlos Lazo says:

i just got mine. am i gonna have to vampire clip everything to the blinker wires to make the led stuff work as well?

Josh Almonte says:

hey man i just bought some of these the gloss back.
its looks good but the halo ring is really dim could that be because you guys just change manufacturer ?

kx xxio says:

i need a 2g video projectors installation

4GEclipseHowTo says:

no problem man!

4GEclipseHowTo says:

YAY!

4GEclipseHowTo says:

this isn’t an HID kit, but the bulbs for these headlight are H1, so if you buy an HID kit for this headlight you will want a H1 kit

4GEclipseHowTo says:

you can do a DRL delete to get rid of that, i show you how to do that in a different video 🙂 these should still work the same way though

4GEclipseHowTo says:

same way you connect the halos if you want them on at the same time, i state this in the video 🙂

4GEclipseHowTo says:

new bulbs are included in the headlight purchase 🙂

Ian Gutierrez says:

really helpful with the accessory wire shit man

MsLeelee94 says:

got my halos installed Jason lights look awesome Thanks ..

MrIcupfunnycolors says:

Jason, are the hid bulb sizes different from the stock headlight, from the aftermarket?

Mauricio Salazar says:

Hey Jason, quick question, you know this car has a switch on the e-brake that activates the automatic daylights, are this still going to work the same? with the same connection set up u showed in the video?

Ken Dumalasa says:

hey jason how about the 2 bulbs on top (LEDs) where do i connect them?

Bradley Lohman says:

Hi Jason, I have a 2008 eclipse and I am about to place an order for these halo headlights. I watched your video and I never saw you install bulbs into the aftermarket headlights, were they included or did you install before making the video? Thanks

Richard Tam says:

Hi Jason, yes, I did a DRL delete and it is working now. I have also added in relays so that the halos and LEDs are powered directly from the battery instead of the middle wire. Thanks for your help.

4GEclipseHowTo says:

in the video i state that you can hook those up the same way we hooked the rest up but this car was getting eyelids installed which cover those bulbs anyway.

4GEclipseHowTo says:

did you do a drl delete? Also HID’s do take a few moments to warm up. thats normal operation. a minute at most.

MsLeelee94 says:

Thanks Jason my Halos are on the way. i could do this if i didnt have to take the bumper off . cause i would be doing this myself anyway i will post a pic when its done Thanks again.

4GEclipseHowTo says:

sounds like your harness is reversed. if your on accessory mode your headlights shouldn’t even turn on. if your hids are turning on in accessory mode you have hooked something up incorrectly or flipped your harness when you plugged it in. only other thing would be is if you have an 09+ with the stock HID’s which the harnesses are completely different which is why this video states this is only for 06-08….

4GEclipseHowTo says:

on the ones in this video i took the fog housings out and used a rotozip to make the hole bigger to fit the new fog lights. i also custom fabbed so brackets to make them bolt into where the factory ones screw into.

Richard Tam says:

Hi Jason, I purchased the replacement headlights with the HID-kit as well. Everything works great until the engine is cranked on. If I turn off the headlights just to show the halo, the headlight and halo flickers. I used to have an HID kit with my stock headlight assembly and there were no problems. So, in the meantime, until a solution is out there, I won’t be showing off those halos on its own. Would you happen to know how to fix this??
Thanks.

MsLeelee94 says:

hey jason finally ordered those halos from autocity.com and i saw some halo foglights with the blue rim they said they are 1/4 in bigger than stock so they would have to be modified how do you do that ? just trying to figure it out any suggestions? oh and i will post a picture when i get those halos on.

3D Paper says:

the two bulbs on top did not turn on what happened are they just for show

lovelycreamcheese says:

Yes I do

4GEclipseHowTo says:

do you have HID’s?

lovelycreamcheese says:

And I’m very sure all my grounds are good grounds

lovelycreamcheese says:

Hey Jason I have same year of car and I have same projector lights and the problem I’m having Is one bulb doesn’t turn on sometimes it’s almost like the car has to warm up then they work ??

Tim Bayer says:

Just go to autocityimports and find your model and they will have a section for fogs.

real198113 says:

Do u know any website where i can get them,,

real198113 says:

Where can i get the fog lights,,???

real198113 says:

Please bro thanks

real198113 says:

Jason ,, see I don’t have the time to do this could u help,,let me know,

Austin O'Donnell says:

Sweet thank you very much!

4GEclipseHowTo says:

i believe i answered the first question above, the DRL delete is strictly for HID installs, if you do not plan to do a HID kit then the DRL delete is not necessary, but in the future if you do switch over to HID make sure you do the delete!

4GEclipseHowTo says:

the wiring harness on the headlight side splits the high and low beam hot wires to two separate light housings. therefore giving you two separate lights!
