Enjoyed. What does the sign on the bathroom door say in your shop, lol. changing world, not good
Hi Jim, thanks for the great video. Our son just purchased an 05 Mitsubishi Galant with this same issue. I was with him when inspecting the car and he almost didn't buy it. I came across your video and told my son what you figured out the problem was. He bought the vehicle and I did the temporary fix, until the replacement wire harness comes.
I have to ask my Volvo mechanic
very good job
May of been Klinger. lol
So dude feels like a lady?
You handled it well Jim.

Jim question got a 06 Volvo XC90 with a blower issue first thing is that I don't use the fan manual I use the auto set temperature but times blower won't come on and then times it will now when I turn the fan knob the dial lights jump around and still can't get blower to come on can u tell me what it could be
Hi mY Good Friend Jim!!! A little reminder for all DIY; Before condemn any part of the A / C syst. must verify; Current (+, -), amperage (AMP measure ), signal ect..ect..depending on the fault in the system. for example; Many "DIY" When they find that the "blower resistance" its bad, they just condem it and replace it! Without knowing that the source of their problem is at the BLOWER MOTOR!!The blower is consuming much amperage due to wear and the resistor can not handle it and fails again!!!
if that was your car I bet you would have connected the wire and saved 200 bucks, please don't show robbing people on YouTube.
Nice fix Jim. Yeah, you never know what kind of people are lurking around. 🙂
Nice work Jim. True, if you don't change the blower and pigtail you are almost certain to have a comeback and a frustrated customer.
Good vidieo. Thanks!
I bet he/she seen you on You Tube and is a subscriber…LOL
