what the hell is a star socket???
I would like to rebuild my Bosch alternator from a 71 VW Bus.
Have you ever heard of a rodin coil? Wondering if it’s possible to use that
as a coil?
Nice video..I would have cleaned all the parts better, replaced the
bearings, brushes, painted the housings maybe even replaced all the diodes
with better parts than what the factory used..might as well…its all taken
apart, might as well bullet-proof it.
Sir, I have Nissan altima 2.5 alternator is noisy, is it similar procedure
to replace the bearing. can you help me with the bearing size before I will
remove it because I am still using the car?

idiot..alternators arenot that complicated..just because i show people how
to do it themselves and its threatening your business, doesnt give u the
right to come on my videos and talk crap. Lets see some videos on your
end?? And until you start making videos .. U have no legs to stand on .. I
used my kitchen counter to make the video because of better video
quality..is there anything else you want to attack me on?

Also on the growler thing..are u trying to tell me that it only tests
armatures? Cause then ur the idiot..field coil windings can also be
testes..like i said before..if u have no videos on here..then ur a
nobody..and have no proof whatsoever that u are who u are..im not
responding to ur negative comments anymore..u are on ignore!
I can rebuild it correctly with a bunch of new parts for $60.00 not
$150.00. And you are NOT threatening rebuilders we know what we are doing!
And rebuilders have thousands of dollars invested in the tools & test
equipment to do them correctly.

internal parts if something is bad?
Why cause i didnt use a growler? Im not paying a “pro” 150 bux for labor
that i can very easily do..i rebuilt pleny of these things with no issues

Not only you don’t know anything about rebuilding an alternator, you are
also an idiot! They way you have it together, not only it would not work, I
doubt it will even spin! And growler for alternator repair…it shows again
that you don’t know a thing about CS-130 alternator and are BSing a whole
bunch of people. Just show me how you change the bearings on that torn
alternator on your so-called bench?
You can try your local auto parts store..if u feel uncomfortable in trying
to remove the bearing without a bearing splitter then u might need to buy
that too..thnx for watching

I have been rebuilding Starters & Alternators for 30 years. This Is NOT how
to do it. Bring it to a pro that does them everyday…
