I test every colour. How to choose correct voltage
on your Receiver / Amplifier / Car anything that uses these bulbs.
All bulbs I used here are the 6 to 8 volt ones apart from the 12 volt warm white at the end
Colours used,
BLUE, ICE BLUE, GREEN, RED, PINK, COOL WHITE, WARM WHITE, AMBER YELLOW and INCANDESCENT

I'm not against the idea of LED lighting, per se, but neither am I completely sold. It's not all positive, there are offsets to consider. For certain receiver designs, like the Pioneer X2X/X3X, LED never looks good. It ruins the original coloring which is just right. Other receiver styling is neutral (bland?) enough that anything you want to do looks just as good. For my receivers the Sansui 661 is dim compared with the Harman/Kardon 330B and Pioneer SX-434, so I'm in the process to try LED with that one to try to bring the intensity up to the level of the other two.
