cant get the heat box out have three bolts or nut on fire wall dont see the
fourth or what is holding it.

He left out removing the fourth nut on the firewall. The nut is located
just to the right of the bottom nut of the blower assembly you removed. It
is behind the engine under the air condition hose against the firewall.
