Strech and clamp the bellows over some PVC pipe.Then submerge in boiling
water.Strech further and boil again.Dont forget to drill a hole in the PVC
pipe for a vent.
wow! I spent about two hours with a couple of guys trying to install the
exhaust bellows on my boat last night with no luck. With your method it

I had to watch this video about ten times but finally i understood what he
was doing. It worked like a charm. I also made my own billows expander
using instructions found on another website. What a pain, put I could not
have done it without this video!!! Thanks Guys for taking the time to post
