Ronsanut why do you always have wheels on the bottom of the pc?
Great info always enjoy your videos. Have you considered bench top band saw
to cut the tubing? I think you could get nice clean precise cuts with that.
Just a thought.
nice build log Ron! spread out the thermal paste before mounting that wc
block, is that the correct way? I always apply a little bit in the middle.
grtz
Wow at the wealth of knowledge in your videos. I’ll definitely be looking
into acrylic tubing in my next watercooling build.
I’ve been meaning to buy an S3 for a while now. Looks like I’ve got my
inspiration. To bad I’ve got no clue when it comes to water cooling hahaha
Power to you man!
Those LCD temp displays you generically mounted in that piece of kitchen
scrap looks cheap and out of place with the other stuff going on on that
side of the case. I would have mounted the displays in a thick block of
acrylic and if you are going to use LEDs in the GPU and HDD blocks then it
should match all match up.
Thank you David. I am always open to do client builds for people. I have
had some, already. I like the acrylic and yes I think my next build will be
with the fittings at the bends like Daniel Cannon does inn many of his.
Does look a little cleaner. Thanks for watching.
Great Video Ron, your getting better and better with the water cooling. you
should take all you have learned and apply to your dream PC upgrade. I
would go with the acrylic tube again but don’t bend the tube, use fittings
for all your angles and bends try to keep the acrylic tube vertical and
horizontal lines, lots of dual and triple rotary’s will look really cool.
last thing i recommend is you offer to do client builds for people, you
should get lots of orders
Thanks for the vid, I enjoy all your vids, very jealous my friend lol, keep
it up
Pros- If you can get good at bending them, you can save a lot of money on
fittings. I think they look good and only time will tell how long they last
before you have to change them. Cons – Takes some practice to learn how to
measure the place to make the bends. Can waste a lot if you are not careful.
awesome build log!! Do you have any opinions with pro and cons with the
acrylic tubes? Sorry for my bad English I’m Japanese.
Finishing up a couple of reviews today. Possibly in the next 2 weeks, or
sooner. Thanks for watching.
Using the pedestal for all the rads made it unique to show what could bbe
done with that option.
Looks awesome! Any idea when the filling and leak checking shall be done?
It’s a very unique design, you could at least give them that…but strange,
agreed.
We will be filling the loop and leak checking together for sure…
That’s Case Labs for you.
cool 😉 cant wait to se whats in the next vid 🙂
The Sli fittings cost about $5 each and the tubing is in expensive, Check
out Performance PC’s and the other links in the description for more detail
part costs.
Thanks, but I think they will be completely obscured by the reservoirs. I
will look at that but maybe a bit more arranging and aligning may make it
better. Thanks.
Thank you Kenny. Good to be back into the groove.
hey ron. to the small cable mess of yours i’d look into sewing them
together, many videos etc on the tube 😉 It would look great in this
gorgeous rig of your’s 🙂 cant wait 4 the next vid best regards, new sub 😉
Full tower size. Mini itx capability only. Genius!
How much does something like that cost?
Looks great Ron ,,, welcome Back my Friend
Hey Ron. I would recommend not using the card to apply thermal paste. It
applies it uneven and creates air bubbles. (teksyndicate’s testing will
prove this with a video on their channel). When you install the block the
thermal paste will spread it by itself. Loving the build man 😀
Cool. Thanks for the feedback. Much more to come. Thanks for watching.
Hey Ron, this is the first time I’ve ever bothered to post on a YouTube
video, but I just really wanted to let you know I like what you’re doin,
and how you go about it. I’ve gotten a ton of ideas for my own mods
watching your videos. So keep up the good work. PS- I’m diggin the dubstep
No problem, glad I could help.
Thank you Ronsanut. That’s exactly what I couldn’t figure out:)
I really wanted to see it with the doors on . I can’t wait to see it done
