I have a 2003 Mountaineer and the gas gauge reads empty, a ford tech. has
informed me that the sensing element in the fuel tank builds up carbon and
the only way to fix it is to replace it, meaning that they have to drop
the fuel tank. Any others having this problem and if so how did you
correct this problem.
We also have a problem with the driver’s seat heater, I can not get it to
go off!
