This is 3rd part of this beautiful BMW E38 750iL restoration and I am getting closer to at least 50% job done.
To be honest, I never believed that I would go so deep in this car but after all those years and great mechanics there is much gone wrong.
I have repaired complete LAD system (hydraulic system) and there are a lot of tips for all of you having the same issues.
Thanks to company Nagengast from Poland for fixing suspension parts, really kind experts for those shocks/LAD valves: https://nagengast.pl/

WERBE VIDEO
this is queen
Great video, the car is looking fantastic. Thanks very much for the video and have a good weekend
Amazing work. I am enjoying this series.
Fantastic video and great work Valerio.
I think watching this video and all the hassle you have with the self levelling rear end, I am now convinced to just replace mine with coilovers, bypass the hydraulics to just loop the fluid straight back to the PS pump, remove the valves, bladders etc. and still save money and hassle trying to find good rear shock absorbers or refurbished ones. These are complex enough without having to do everything back to factory specs. Although I like the idea of the V12 engine, it certainly fills up the engine bay, so my M62 V8 is a bit easier to work on for things like sparkplugs, valve covers etc. The V8's have their own issues such as timing chain tensioner block, but if you don't have the later Vanos model, they are simple enough to understand and work on.
nice video. thanks for keeping the dream alive. should have put anti-seize on the oxygen sensors before installing. also could you switch to LED bulbs to get rid of the HID ballasts?
For how many more years will the spare parts still available for those older models i wonder… But more imoportantly …how is right now in germany? I don't hear good news comming from there .
Haha, samo da sam čuo "konju jedan", pa mi je malo više jasno 😀
Super, sami naši, perfekcija! 🙂
Great!, i'm glad to see this update!, and with all that tech, i love this car even more!, magnificent automobile!
