Thanks for the video! Were you able to replace the tab that was missing or
did you have to buy a whole new assembly? Have the same problem with my 99
C230 on both sides.
Tab fell off. Had to improvise. You can drill a hole and attach spring with
steel wire…i did use super strong thin kitesurfing line to attach and put
tension on that spring…these lines are weather resistant and basically
unbreakable…i wish i took video of it, but i was in hurry to fix this
