mines has vents on my 96 c280. i tried takin the cover off but it isnt that

I have a ’95 C280 and I found out there are clips behind the accordion-like
things on the outside when you have the roof open in the vent position.
This is what you need to unhinge to be able to pull the shade off. Sorry I
didn’t have problems a year ago, but hopefully this helps someone else.
I don’t know if you can tell ( i.e. different dome lights ) but this is
strictly for the 94′ – 95′ models. The sunroof design was changed in 96′.

yeah, this is complete b bullshit… my w202 has 0 pull to move the visor
whatsoever. and there’s no space to pop the expansion fittings away.

I tried the same trick my 96′ C280 and I couldn’t get it out, so I drive
with the sunshade open all the way now. I’ll probably end up cutting and
splitting it open so that it can be ripped out.
