My problem is a little different. The same pot metal arm hinge has another
connection to another gear set. It is fitted in with a square connection
but the connection has wore out and now does not lock into place right. I
think I am going to drill hole thru and fasten or use your epoxy method but
it will wear out again. Amazing paying $250 for a .50 cent piece wearing
out!
Hi .. I have a c240. 02 and this is whta im dealing with .. The screen on
the dash board says “Trunk Open ”
But the trunk its completly close . What coul it be !! Where in the latch
is that sensor locate ? Cab it be repair !? Hope you can help me out ..

progress attempting to repair it without buying a new latch actuator. Your
