Ricky Conner says:

I like the way you did this video Man…Thank you

Dusan Vukicevic says:

Great video helped me a ton I would suggest when disconnecting old manifold it is easier to disconnect vacuum hose from change over valve from yellow plastic hose instead of disconnecting it from manifold itself. Mine was stuck so bad and I was afraid I will break the hose so I disconnected it from change over valve to the left of the engine then you can feed it back when reinstalling and reconnect it.

Adnan Ali says:

Hi Nicoya, great detailed video! Just making sure, but you used the URO repair kit, right?

Danny Kellner says:

Why didn’t you show how to replace the frikken runner flaps ugh what a waste of a video

John Hess says:

Great video. I also have a broken actuator arm on a 2007 C280. My question is "Is it necessary to replace the entire intake manifold if all I need to do is replace the actuator arm with an aluminum one?"

nick nick says:

So when that code comes u need to change the whole thing or actuator only?

Joel Gutierrez says:

Great video, i have. 2009 that has a misfire in cylinder fove, changed injector/coil/spark plugs still getting the misfire. Do you think this will be fixed with a new intake manifold?

Roger Mursick says:

Great video. I bought the kit as well but I broke the tumble flap mounting screw off inside the manifold and ended up buying a new manifold. I'd like to install the aluminum bracket on the new manifold but I'm afraid to remove the actuator screw off the new manifold. Did the screw back out easy for you?

Gerardo Vicente says:

Does anything have to be reset on these Mercedes

Best Pixel Repair says:

Got the same code, but all rods and levers are fine.

Rodney X Butler says:

@Nicoya…Peace & blessings! What silicone did you use to keep the gaskets in place. Did you use it on the whole gasket?

KD kD says:

From Atlanta Thank you very much sir for this video

Mountain Property says:

Nicoya, this is the best comprehensive video and I have seen for this kind of repair. I will do as I see here and start wrenching. Thank you for sharing. This will help save some funds.

Eric P says:

Ahh so Mercedes goes all out on the interior and tech, but cheaps out under the hood. Gotcha!

Tom Searson says:

Great presentation, excellent on all fronts!

Klajdi Stari says:

question, why you rather put a new manifold instead of using the repair kit which has the update plastics to aluminiun ? i just got the code p2006 and my manifold was replaced by previous owner 50k miles ago and now i am thinking just to replace the plastic piece to aluminium. please advise

oldschool1 says:

I'm getting this done on my 2012 GL 450 right now. About $1875 parts and labor with my indy mechanic. 🙁

Eric Walz says:

Great video, it helped me complete this job at home with zero issues.
