HI, this was very helpful. I did remove the housing first by tilting the housing towards the car. I used a small tool to push in the clip and removed the housing. Changed out the light and tried to reapply ht housing to the frame. I could not snap in, so I had to remove the mirror which was a snap. Used a small tool to force the snap back to grab the housing and then reattached the mirror. This was on an 07 c 230. My only concern was making sure the mirror stayed in place. OK so far. Thanks
the only reason I watched it was because it was detailed but you didn’t even show the main part.
instead of removing the mirror, you could just move it so it tilts inward and the cover slips over it 🙂

The most difficult and important parts are detaching and re-attaching everything…but you could not show that 🙁 you had to put your camera down…
