How’s a 2nd generation xs or xt (turbo) model?

Mazda rated number 1 in reliability and safety for 2021

Cheryl Smith says:

I have a 2013 forester with 110,000 miles folliwed recommended oil changes but did nothing else- feeling like I looking at a big bill soon if I want to keep it

Los Cove says:

Team Subaru but my 2013 burned oil excessively

Richard Love says:

I’ll stick to my 2018 3.6R Outback…..goes like a dream, loads of room and really gets off its mark when overtaking. Can’t fault it.

Bruce Morris says:

I have a 2016 CX-5 and I’ve never been happier with a car in all my life. Of course, I bought what may be the last manual transmission one to roll off the line (technically it’s a 2016&1/2, because the formal 2017s were late to the market for model year purposes)

Electronic problems? ABSOLUTELY NONE in 83K miles. No lighting problems, no power window problems; no issue with the windshield even though I did catch a rock on the highway and had the crack repaired about 3 years ago.

And bear in mind; this car has been struck in the side by deer coming out of the woods at full tilt THREE TIMES.

Yes, I’ve been a fanatic about maintenance. Oil & filter at 5000 miles. Coolant flush & fill every 40K and I don’t care what the manual says about 150,000 mile coolant. Brake lines flushed and new rotors and pads all around.

Guess what. I can still keep pace with any average BMW or Audi driver thru the twisty roads AND I can haul several barrels of leaves to my town yard in it when I need to. And it’s been paid off for two full years.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned by leaps and bounds on an overall basis.

Why Nissan cvt is the worst why others car cvt has no problem?

Saved by the Ball says:

Mazda over Totota…

Lily Garcia says:

I’ve had both a Mazda and Subaru, IMO the Subaru seems to be not only be better quality but also safer. Perhaps just personal preference but also weirdly the cabin noise was substantially louder in the Mazda.

adam tom says:

No CVT thank you
