Just change both and the code won’t come back again… Change the sensor
but after a few days it came back so then I change the thermostat. the code
never pop out again

I have the same P0128 CELDTC code on my 2006 Mazda 3 2.3L, but everything
I look up and see says it’s the coolant thermostat, not the coolant sensor.
Your opinion?

local shop? If you did it yourself, was it difficult and what tips do you
have? If it was a local shop, what was the cost?

the code I got was P0128 I changed both the sensor and the thermostat and
the code never came back

Yes, make sure the motor is cold so you don’t burn your self. And after I
took off the sensor about 1- Cup of Coolant driped out. So make sure to add
back what you lost during the sensor change.
