I actually have a guide on the website that shows how to replace the lower control arm. I think a control arm video would be a nice addition.
thank mas i had to do this because the little light on the high bean fell inside … hey do another video on how to change controll arms in the mazda 6 since is a common problem
The car in the video is 2006 from North America. As long as your Mazda 6 is a first generation then the steps in this video will work. If you have a second generation (came out in 2007 and 2009 for North America) then the steps will be different.
I am about to install myself new headlights in my Mazda 6. I recently cracked one by running into a mailbox lol…dont ask. But i would like to know if this Mazda 6 is a 2008??? NEED TO KNOW so I can disassemble correctly, please respond , and thank you!

I’ve already done the headlight restoration several times and it doesn’t last. Figure I might as well replace both of them.

I have a Mazda 6 that I always park outside. Due the the oxidation it has also become foggy. I recommend doing a headlight restoration, which just sands off the oxidation and following up with a headlight sealer. It makes it look like new and it cheaper than replacing the headlight.

Yeah its pretty easy. I don’t think anybody will have a problem doing this on their own.
Looks pretty simple once you get past the front bumper removal. I need to change my headlamps as they’re really fogging up.
