Sorry I meant to say that the soft top won’t open

Emanuel Sierra says:

I need a soft top but I can’t find any and when I do they charge about
$2500 to buy it and install it

jxio1202 says:

How long does it take to reopen the soft top? Because mines isn’t closing
and I just installed it 3 days ago

Radko Dyntar says:

Thank you, Sir! Very helpful. I was already prepared to pay to some shop
for removal and you saved me some time and money! Very simple with your
guidance.

Saundaz666 says:

Thanks for the vid – I’m replacing my 92 miata’s softie with a hardtop this
weekend. There’s only so many times I can fit the rain cover in a day!

CrushingGroovesByAlexBlackFromSuffer says:

Best Mazda Roadster soft top video clean work and very well recorded. The
light in the video makes clear view of sll bolts bits and pieces. Thank
you!

albumartist says:

Are you deleting the top to save weight? From what I recall, the hardtop
overlaps the opening for the soft top, so there shouldn’t be a problem with
drainage unless the seal at the bottom of the hardtop is torn or worn away.

Christopher Gilmore says:

You should invest in Diamond Grip latex gloves. They are worth the $15 per
box. I’m not trying to be a salesman for them I have just seen a couple of
your vids where you have crappy blue gloves that help with absolutely
nothing.

albumartist says:

I wanted to let people know that I gave the soft top to one of the club
members in Austin.

Christopher Gilmore says:

Nice vids thanks

Christopher Cayco Art says:

If I remove the soft top assembly, frame and all, because I have a hard
top, would there be any water issues you’re aware of concerning the rain
rail? I’m sure you’re familiar with how the factory hard top sits on the
Miata. Thanks!

alfaevo1111 says:

Just replaced my hood to a nice mohair with heated rear screen with the
help of your vid many thanks

Christopher Cayco Art says:

I’m removing it because the material on mine is extremely damaged and
pieces flake off, making a mess. I have a Canadian model, so I’m assuming
their extreme weathers took its toll on the fabric. I dont ever use it,
it’s making a mess, it looks ugly, and I guess I can save weight too. It
does look like it wouldn’t cause problems, but I figured I’d ask anyway.
You just seem more familiar with this than I am. Thanks
