Hi, good video, thanks. My pain is at the ankles. The left leg crosses but
won’t lie comfortably except if it’s on top of the right knee. The exact
same things horns when I switch legs. .

Wow thank you! I have knee pain in just about all asanas where my leg is
externally rotated and twisted. I am very flexible externally but have
recently been really working on my internal rotation (backbending,
ushtrasana, etc) with an INCREASE in knee pain during those external poses.
I have noticed that my adductors are tight. Interestingly enough I am OK in
padmasana – weird!
