Review of a Lotus Eclipse notebook by a Lotus customer
It’s an Enduro issue, not a graphic performance issue. His system is using
the wrong graphic card to boot up the games.
Interesting, my setup isn’t much different from yours…….. Intel Core i7
2670QM ATI Radeon HD 7690M – 1GB DDR5 ram 8GB DDR3 RAM And I have to run
everything on low….
Skyrim, Mafia 1-2 and Dark souls are some of the most demanding Games for
Pc, i myself use a windows 7 alien-tech computer which can run everything
in the highest settings while not dipping below 45 fps, but when recording(
i use fraps) it dips to about 40-37 Pm if u wanna know the specs on it
it’s enduro’s problem. Enduro is AMD’s “optimus”. It is not as good as
nvidia’s technology yet, and sometimes it does not know how to switch GPU’s
between everyday applications and games. My advice to you is to constantly
look for drivers updates on the AMD website. Or switch to the dedicated GPU
manually when gaming.

Quite a bit? Naw. I just had to config switchable graphics and I run it on
high. That extra 512 isn’t going to give him that much more. 🙂

Integrated, its’s about about a throttling issue when trying to conserve
power.
