Do you have a link or product name for the quick detailer you used here?

sd33zy313 says:

well before i get out of here ill hope you all out. the one thing you
always want to do it keep the car clean i recommend a good wash and a good
wax every time it saves you the problem. now as the junkman said earlier in
the video its all about how your preventing these things from happening in
the first place. so on that note if your not using the car just cover it up
simple you all be safe take care

Bruce Austin says:

Great vid Junkman!!! Saw Beamer Fanatic’s post below, and you should
DEFINITELY get your YouTube monetization going. I am subbed to you both and
have learned a lot. I would love to be able to support you in doing what
you do, brother!

Dead On Arrival says:

Remember folks, there’s no faking the funk in that garage!

Roger Williams says:

I’m not sure about your math with the Gary Deans Detailing Pride. If one
cap full makes 4 gallons, then it would only take 13 .5 cap fulls to make
54 gallons. It actually takes the whole gallon to make the 54 gallons.
I think it takes about 2.5 ounces to make a gallon.
I could be wrong

Jeremy Camp says:

Just bought my first Sport Coupe. Insta-subscribed after this video. Great
videos :D

Edwin Goforth says:

have you ever used a car wash with paint conditioner?

MrCaptainobvious9999 says:

26:00- The ladies can’t resist the high top fade. And that’s how he became
the junkman…Take notes.

sclarebout says:

that Garry Dean’s Infinite Use Detail Juice is the bargain! Too bad it’s
not (yet) available in Belgium…have to stick with Poorboys Spray & Wipe.

Pat ryk says:

I have to ask. two bucket versus 1 bucket and power wash microfiber mitt
after each wipe ?

Lamont Pettway says:

junkman love you detailing video and where is the elco

Nation010 says:

Why are u called junkman….Hope its not what I am thinking!!! Lol….Good
video by the way and thanks for the info

hobbywheels says:

Birds and Bugs, I got it. Thanks for the great video again. Have you had
the gas spill at the pump? How do we tackle it?

Bruce Smith says:

Junkman, interesting technique to roll the clay into a ball instead of
trying to use it like a pancake. Easier to hold on to! Gonna try that on my
car and my plane!

Wh1ddee says:

Thank you, Junkman! This is so helpful!
Who do you trust to paint your ‘Vette’s bumper? Is paint color and finish
matching an issue?
Kind regards,
b

Aaron Rowley says:

I use a solvent called toluene to remove love bugs and tar. Wipe on gently.
No rubbing or anything

Craig Schultz says:

The Captain of a boat I was on had a useful technique for dealing with
birds, primarily seagulls. When surfaced, he’d be on the conning tower
with his M-16 and the XO standing behind and to his side spotting for both
the Captain and whoever was in the radar shack at the time who would call
out to the radar shack the bearing and distance of any target that might
have made the mistake of venturing too close.

It was a race between the Captain and the Radar man as to who and what
would drop the bird first, the Captain with a packet of lead or the radar
man with a packet of microwaves.

I wonder if such a system is available for cars. Probably not.

Erik Holloway says:

Junkman, your the best!!, I had a general question that I have not seen in
the videos I have watched so far. Using this video as an example, you
mentioned that you get the bugs and other crap off as fast as possible and
sometimes even use car wash, coin op I presume. But say you go out on a
road trip and wont be coming home soon. Do you pack in your car a “away”
kit for spot clean jobs etc. for things that you dont want to wait to get
back home to clean up?

SavageGerbil says:

Man…those gallon jugs are $160 now..I still think I’m gonna pull the
trigger on it. There’s something special about being able to say “I’ve got
a 50 gallon drum of of detail spray..I keep it under the kitchen sink”

Nation010 says:

Lol…had to laugh!!! tot was cause u are an ass man like me…. love
ladies with big asses….Got to see the funny side. Sorry to go off topic a
little bit of side humour. Love the video by the way, i have a car which
was parked up for a year under a tree and bird poo did damage and trying to
figure if i can fix it, already used clay on it, now wondering if i can
really get rid of the etching which is stubborn

grover rambo says:

Junkman… During the “love bug” season, my dad used a light coat of
Vaseline on the front of hood, grille, and bumpers. It helped to reduce the
acidity from the bug guts, so they washed off fairly easy.
Thanks for the great vids on common sense, and SEMPER FI!

Paul Williams says:

AJ is theis the most recent video you have? I am pretty sure I have
watched them all now, thanks buddy for all of the help!!

Alexis Mendoza says:

Junkman, so after you foam’d, did you dry the car first (sorry for the dumb
question.)

llamaloka says:

hey junkman could you pls pass the link to repair paint chip ?

Alexis Mendoza says:

Awesome video and great teacher!

Junkman2000 says:

Any bug that crashes into the front of your car and leaves its jism all
over your paint.

800lb Gorilla says:

OO-RAH!!

Jarrett G. says:

and he was telling me about a probe controller you stick in the radiator
fins that will turn the fans on earlier,do you know anything about
that?because i am in Tn and during the summer man it could be upwards of
90′ to 100′ this summer and i dont want it to overheat.

Mia Vonni says:

You’re awesome man!

Junkman2000 says:

Well that has changed sine I bought mine. Using what your bottle says, you
DO need 8 ounces of DP’s for a quart foam gun. Maybe mine is concentrated.
I haven’t bought any in a while sine I buy it in large quantities.

Junkman2000 says:

No. As a matter of fact, be glad that you haven’t used that machine because
you would have destroyed your paint. Now go watch my ‘How Safe” videos
about the PC and then watch my novice polishing videos. You have a lot to
learn.

Junkman2000 says:

I’m on a bunch of different forms and I mean a bunch. Your best bet is to
just hit me up here because I could be anywhere at any given hour, but I am
always on You Tube answering questions.

Junkman2000 says:

Whatever you see me using in my videos. I buy no fluff. Everything that I
use is equally important. There’s no such thing as a top ten list. You buy
whatever is necessary to do the job and do it right.

Nicolas Waisman says:

Very educational! Thanks a lot for the time you invested in us.

Junkman2000 says:

The 3403 is a rotary polisher. I already have a Makita 9227C rotary so I
really don’t need two. However, I do have a Bosch 1250DEVS polisher that is
a orbital/dual-action polisher all in one. With the flip of a switch, you
go from a PC to a Flex, all in one machine. I thought that I would use it
more when it was given to me but I really haven’t. That’s about the only
machine I would be interested in trading.

Junkman2000 says:

He’s talking about an electronically controlled thermostat. That’s called
re-engineering the system, NOT fixing the problem. You need to fix the
problem and the first step is signing up at DC and doing a lot of reading.
You’re getting hack advice. FIX the problem. Don’t re-engineer the system.
It worked fine when it was new. If it ain’t working fine now, something
needs FIXING. It’s a 10+ year old car. Stuff goes bad! See you on DC.

Junkman2000 says:

I am probably going to put that on my DVD.

prdaul says:

OK. Thanks again for all you do sir. And Happy Independance Day Marine! 🙂

DaytonCarCare says:

“Common Sense”, isn’t so common now days. I think because people think
“reality TV” is actually real. LoL

Junkman2000 says:

Thanks for watching. 🙂
