lol,earrings, tattoos, just a sign of modern times, I don’t have any of
those and don’t believe in them but do accept it as part of of modern
society. Got nothing to do with race craft at all, I wouldn’t look at it to
degrade a race car driver.
If you are going to talk about the drivers then talk about the driving

Aside from the sexist part, which doesn’t bother me actually, it was a good
discussion, I wouldn’t mind more of these.
I wouldn’t care if Lewis got breast implants and and a swastika tattooed on
his forehead, I watch F1 for the racing and the fastest guy on the track is
the fastest guy on the track. Nostalgia is all well and good look back, but
only for looking back. F1 is and always has been a forward looking sport
and what happens outside of technical developments and off the track is
irrelevant. Fame, fashion and gossip is subjective twaddle, race craft and
lap times are not.

Rewind a couple of decades and Joe would certainly be the person to say
women shouldn’t wear trousers and not be allowed to vote. Sad to see people
who are so narrow minded and sexist.

Wow Rob ! I didn’t know you were a New Zealander. Its kind of sad that I
didn’t even know we had such a rich heritage in this area until I began
getting into motorsport. The majority of kiwis I speak to do not know who
Denny Humle or Bruce Mclaren are which is very sad. I believe New Zealand
needs to promote on a national level our racing heritage to inspire a new
generation of kiwi drivers.

sort of adornment in their ear….
