In this “how to” I cover all the information you will need to change the spool of MIG wire on your MIG welder. I use my Lincoln welder as an example but most smaller MIG welders use the same general setup. The little tips I give you in this video will ensure your MIG welder is running smoothly for trouble free welding.

I have this exact same welder I'm really impressed with how much it can handle even at 110. I had feeding problems and you helped me with a couple things I was doing wrong. Thank you very much
Bout to be buying a welder for at home car projects just wanted to make sure I wasn’t buying a mechanical nightmare.
What size spool can you use in the welder? 10in? 10lbs?
Your machine would probably run smoother with solid wire if you reversed the polarity

Just what I was looking for I bought a Lincoln le31 don't know anything about welding bought two 300 cubic tanks from offer up played 150$ took them to the shop to be felled the guy said they where both full said I got one hell of a deal .ok now I already had the none gas wire in it I apologize I forgot what it's called. I want to put gas wire in it so pretty much just cutt it in pull it out? Can I still use the wire I'm pulling out? It's a full roll?
