YOU sir, deserve a huge Internet-High-Five. Just today I couldn’t figure
out how I was going to get the bolts out of the motor on an ’89 Crown Vic.
And there you were with your 1/2 inch drill… You saved my day, and made
my friend very happy. Thanks.

Sweet video Roland!! I was able to take the interior door panel off my 1986
Town Car, locate the window motor, tap it with a hammer a couple times and
it started working again. good thing too cause it looks like rain . thanks
for the help!

Johnny Jr says:

You can buy them door motors at your local parts store 4 around 50 bucks
new!!

Roland Hulme says:

Yes, what Lerai said – the regulator is the bit that controls the window
going up and down, the motor is the bit that actually powers that movement.
I only replaced the motor. Replacing the regulator is a bit tougher as it’s
riveted into the door frame.

Johnny Jr says:

It’s all about the same 4 each door!!

Johnny Jr says:

You made that look easy thanks, now i can do my doors! It had me stumped
because of the ribbits that hold the door motor weird how the factory did
that!!

Jay Sciacca says:

Thanks for the video Helped alot!!!! is the process much different for the
front windows?

johnny lee says:

Lerai Palmer says:
