Kyb gas mono tube way better than any monroe
Are you in 4WD driving in snow? or is this just on the dry pavement? You may want to check the suspention in the rear for loose pieces.

If it’s metric it generally means that the fastener wasn’t made in the US.
These cars don’t have spring in the rears ?
