Zoom in on those codes
can you do a video on a scanner that doesnt communicate with the vehicle if
you ever get one that does, how much time did you have in this car from
start to finish
Great diagnostic training james and I really need those words of
encouragement at the end
Thanks for taking the time Danner. Really enjoy your videos.
Your Brother watched this one . LOL . Good video
Looks like the PWM on the bad solenoid is higher than the good one in the
off position?
Great video, ive never thought to energise it while the car is running as
my main dealer tool will only let you actuate anything once the engine is
off. It would also be a good test for a suspect stuck dephaser pulley.
With the solenoid out of the engine can you see it actuating? Or does it
only fault when loaded with oil?
Do you know what the resistance was of the old and new solenoid?
Do you work on diesel vehicles too?
Why is the solenoid failing? is it mechanical or you do not change oil to
often.
wow coincidence? just did one yesterday..
Thanks James,
Great video, learn something new each time.
Happy Holidays!
Just once, just for fun, I wanna get ahold of a Toyota with a bad VVT
solenoid, so I can install a hammer mechanically rigged to a cam-drive off
the accessory belt. WHACKWHACKWHACKWHACKWHACK “CAR RUNS GREAT!”
Nice- Thanks , lots of good info.
Nice job James. Too bad you didn’t current ramp the valve James, you could
have seen the valve mechanically sticking as you hit it with the pry bar.
Perfect timing for this video. I am studying variable valve timing at the
moment. Thank you.
Please try too zoom in,Thank you thumbs up
Great video Danner. They’re a fine engine.
Very good video James! Thank you for your effort,it is much appreciated!
Thanks, James. Top notch work! It’s nice to have more than one scope,
especially if you don’t have a fancy 4-channel one :)
grasias por el video pero el vvt es el cam sensor o es diferente sensor
Great video keep it up
Grate job.
thanks
