This video explains how to do an all keys lost programming via dump on a Lexus RX300.

The first generation of Lexus RX300 immobiliser system information is stored on the engine ECU. Unlike later models that has a separate immobiliser key ECU. To make a key when all keys are lost, you will have to read EEPROM file in the engine ECU and use a 4C transponder chip to make a key.
