Today we tackle the job on replacing the front lower rear arm bushing that tends to go bad on the 2nd generation Lexus IS. This could cause problems on tire wear if not addressed. Figs designed these polyurathane bushings to prevent unwanted movement in the front wheels, thus preventing unwanted tire wear.

Do we only install it for the front 2 wheels or are we able to install all 4 wheels? What do you recommend?

I’m actually thinking about getting one of these because in my Lexus IS, the tires in the front wear out. The inner edge parts of the tires. These supposedly prevent this wear and tear.

Can anyone tell me why he needed to jack the engine?
I think i need this replaced because of this weird noise that sounds like the ball joints are bad. Is that a sign of the bushings being bad and if so is the front bushings changeable in a similar way?
how have these USRS bushings help your tire wear? I only got 22k out of my pilot sport A/S when the warranty calls for 45k. such bs lol. just wanted to see if it is really worth it.

Does this affect caster if bent? My caster is off and the lexus dealer told me that i bent that part. He had called it a "caster bushing"
