For the rears an easier way to remove the strut/spring housing would be to release control arm under the brake/hub. Pry the control arm down with a pry bar and slide the strut/spring out. If your having problems sliding the strut/spring out put (1) spring compressor on the part of the spring facing the trunk. Tighten as much as possible, guarantee it’ll slip right out
Nice job man. No profanity and no bs. The car does sit a lite lower then I prefer. I would raise it 1″. Now slam some Vossen wheels on it and this thing will be perfect.
good video! I heard the radio playing. I’m in Austin too, and I’m on clublexus.
Solid bro u the man.
Pretty sure you’re suppose to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery
Thanks for taking the time on making this. This is a moral booster!!
nice vid
I believe they are for abs to detect which wheel is slipping/not slipping
hey thanks for the video. I have a 93 toyota aristo with the stock adjustable dampeners and i was wondering what to do with an aftermarket setup. It seems pretty straight forward and i look forward to trying it myself in a couple months.
Nice video! Very useful even if I don’t own a car at the moment 🙂
No lights, and motors left unplugged. No issues. Be careful with speed sensor wires or whatever they were on the spindle.
do you have Engine check light after your coilover installation? Did you connect back the ‘motor’ connector on top of your shock? Thanks.
Great video gonna have mines done on my 98 gs400
