Use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser and some leather cleaner or interior detailer on your steering wheels. It's a cheap way to clean all the oil and dirt out of them and it can bring back the supple leather look and feel. Learned that years ago. It's always worked very well for me. I feel so lost now, though. You painted the car and refurbished the wheels. Then you wrapped it and bought new wheels. I would think it was an afterthought, but you've been talking about the wrap since the beginning, so I guess not. All that said, man! It's an absolute beautiful car now and I'd be so proud to drive it. I mean it looks just absolutely gorgeous and badass! Well done. I'm American, but as ya'll would probably say "that's a proper build". Well done.
I cannot believe you wrapped that stunning Pearl Blue paint in a CHAVTASTIC satin Black. It's gone from class to trash ! All that's missing are a few deal bags in the center console !

I'm not a fan of any of the LR rectangular headlights, they just make them look like every other SUV on the market. I prefer the old school round headlights. Even the round bulbs in the square glass are better than the new ones.

Bro here in the US everyone thinks that Land Rover SUVs are the best looking SUVs however, they are NO LONGER dependable. As a matter of fact they are one of the worst for dependability. AND the parts for any Land Rover are so expensive no one is going to take a chance. except for rich people Dam Shame to because they used to be very dependable.
Wrapping fresh paint will trap solvents and cause micro blisters
