Tom Photoix says:

First off the 3 amigo lights will be an abs sensor on one on the wheels.
HDC will only work in low range, the odometer flashing means the instrument
cluster has been changed and not synced with the BCU. The fuse is the
aircon fan fuse. The fan is seized causing the fuse to blow. You will need
a new fan. The engine, I have no idea, I’ve never worked on the petrol one
before.

Mills Fowler says:

i wouldn’t be running the engine with a sound like this… sounds like a
head problem to me.

Naser Yasin says:

Hey! I have a 2003 Disco as well and the ticking noise occurs after the
truck has warmed up, and it sounds like its coming from the drivers side

Jose Zarich says:

tengo ese mismo ruido en el motor de mi range rover, le cambiado varias
piezas que segun los mecanicos pudiera ser el causante del ruido pero sigue
igual, y cada vez peor

Temesgen Fissehaye says:

I ve a 2003 Rover with the exam same issue (ticking noise & 40A blowing
every time). As Photoix mentioned the 40a fuse is due to radiator fan
stock. I have taken mine out and validated, now looking for replacement.
Regarding the ticking noise, mine I believe it is the oil pump but still
doing some HW b4 opening it up. Does urs only come when engine warms up?
And is it specific to one location driver/passenger side?
