Um, I don’t like to rock the boat, but…he’s wrong about the direction of
the seal. Lips of seals should always face the greasy side (bearings) and
the 3 LaRo manuals that I have confirm this to the factory’s intention, as
well. What am I missing?
Very helpful step by step information! Would like to see more “how to”
videos like these!
very informative video
best torque wrench money can buy its called experience.
One small point he forgot to mention remove the brake caliper.. Along with
top diff oil up when finished….
you’re a magician !
Thank god I do all my own work,
4:20 agree with what you say but i was told to always use a copper/cowhide
hammer
This guy is bloody good but torque loading like that makes me squirm. In my
world of aircraft engineering, you will probably get shot for doing that.
Horses for courses
Would love to have a Seal setter like that! makes the job so much easier !
Very well done, thank you very much for this. It’s good to see someone go
to the effort of showing practical demonstrations of services and repairs,
of which is greatly apprecited by those who have a keen interest. Thanks
once again. Yehudi
awesome video !!!
can you do a disco wheel bearings how to vid?
awesome vid! no bullshit and get the job done! great explinations too
use the land rover drive flange, sets them perfectly or if you buy a 52mm
socket instead of the box spanner that’s pretty good too.
