one may define “street car” in many ways…
one way to define a street car is one that has very limited race car mods,
including cage, needs to run on pump gasoline, has all factory body panels,
has full interior, no weight reduction, has stock gas tank in factory
location, has original trans with minor mods, stock style suspension that
was original to the car…. and has all accessories functioning including
AC.
but may have engine, ecu and other mechanical mods.
the minute one begins to cage, add 4 link etc….you now enter the world of
race car equipment….period
like anyone else….i love race cars too…but they aint street cars

I feel with a trap of 181 they should be able to do better than 8.3, seems
like a lot of tuned lambos i see dont have hard launches. I this true? Is
it someting with them that they cant jump off quick when they are tuned by
the pull hard?

Who asked about the Drummond Viper? That Viper is on M/T drag radials with
a 90+mm turbo… UR brings out there twin turbo Superleggera which weights
over 1000 lbs less than than a GTR and has 4 more cylinders. Up top they
both pull at the same speed. Sure they are king of the street. But what
would your excuse be if the GTR weighed less than 3000lbs? On the strip
from a dig, the GTR wins every time. From a roll UR has won every time so
far… I wouldn’t be bragging so hard about the lambos, they barely beat
anybody and they always jump in 100% of their roll races.

That was a standart manual transmission. Imagine with a female twin clutch

An AMS customers GTR ran a 8.11. And the Omega is faster… How do you feel

table on a reliable build with a 1.5 60″ (their best is 1.36). Thsi kit

Km/h to the retarded miles per hour measure. Dragtimes would have hit more
if they had a bigger and longer track. In Russia you don’t have any of the
tuners, Heffner, Hennesey, Switzer, AMS, Boostlogic etc so there is not so
many cars that makes well above the 1000 Whp. But Dragtimes has a car
comming up that will kill anything, even the Venom GT. Btw what was the
mile time for the camaro?
this car was in fact 1750awhp at the time of this run, which is about
