nice. 🙂 i used coconut oil but it gives a shiny look. i have to try this.

Hello Nick, i’m writing for you from the Ukraine, i’m expired by your
videos , i have that disease 15 years, now i use some stuff called Elocom
,it’s a lotion and it helps me now ,but i have psoriasis just on my sculp.
I use to try Pegano diet,but it really didn’t help me at all, but i did
that only for one month. Tell me please what about caffe and alcohol, do
you drink those, or maby some types of alcohol that doesn’t cause a
progress of that disease ???

You can wash your face with organic cold pressed extra virgin Coconut Oil
in the shower. definitely works and leaves skin nice smooth moist and
healthy
