Yea I have to say these on-line auction houses are starting to scam people more and more. They need to be held accountable for false advertising.
Most jump starting packs wont start a completely dead battery. Apparently even jump starting wont. If its been dead for a really long time the batterys completely dead and ruined because itll damage itself from siting on zero charge

Pyrotehnical fuse , safety fuse is blown because off the accident and blown airbags it shuts down connetcion to the engine, so you cant turn it on it only clicks
