didn't happen to me (mine was porsche 911) if you checked thoroughly in the instructions on where to build
Missed 1 gear in the gearbox for me. Went the whole rest of the build not testing it. Ended up with only 1, 3, 5, 7 working with nothing from the others. Another 20 hours later and i finally fixed it
You have the front gears wrong
You most likely have a flipped differential, front or back, that or the gearbox
You were pretty lucky you weren’t that far from the build. I made the same mistake with my lego bugatti chiron i just noticed the mistake when i was done building it. I better pay attention next time lmao
Why u have wheels on before u supposed to?
It’s happened to me I managed to fix it the bottom black pin is bugged against something and it’s stops it form moving

You messed up building the gearbox. Have fun tearing it down and slow down on your build. Pay attention to positioning of everything. Don't rush it.
Ran into the same problem take the front Stering and suspension assembly off and fill the differential around it has the 3 smaller gears in it
This is an absolute pain
