It's the exhaust CVVT (the gear on the end of the camshaft that the timing chain goes on.) They have a pin in them that likes to elongate the hole it's in. Basically causes a lot of play in it so it won't set properly. You can see from the live data on your tool in the first frame. It's not enough to cause valves and pistons to meet but it will need at least that part replaced. You'll probably want to do the chain and tensioner while you're in there as well.
