How many miles where on this car when you did the repair. Own an 09 with same engine i believe. Just trying to keep up with all the issues that can arise with these cars.

Hey Chad, I just got my nephew's 2005 Spectra5 to do his brakes. It's sat idle for over a year and when I started it the check engine light was on. I scanned it and got 2 codes: P0030 (O2 sensor) and P0507 (Idle control system fault). I'm wondering if one cause might be throwing these 2 codes? It starts and idles smoothly at just under 1000 rpm. What's your opinion?

I actually had to take the vzlvr apart znd clean it. just spraying it didnt work
