Chilton manual for the 2002-2007 Liberty calls for 132 inch-lbs
(approximately 11 ft. Lbs) on the front caliper mounting bolts and 100 ft.
Ibs on the front caliper adapter bolts.
100 sounds like a lot…? But this is what the book says. I’m going to be
doing the job this weekend on my 2006 liberty. Wish me luck!
Very nice video. I forgot how easy it was to do the front rotors compared
to a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The later has another mount to remove but
just about the same. Good job.
Thank You SO much! I am a female and have done brakes before with someone
there to assist. I’ve decided to go it alone this time and needed a quick
step by step refresher. Your video was so informative. I plan on taking a
basic repair class next month so that I can learn to repair the basics that
can be done at home. Thanks again. Many Blessings…
I like 1A Auto .com better..they explained to you more detail
thats good information thanks for the video
is there a difference between brakes on this 2 wheel drive model than my
4×4 model?
