The factory ones are stitched on to the frame instead of the velcro under
the window. You’re going to have to cut the flap over the bottom of the
frame. A good, sharp pair of scissors should do the trick.

There’s no question about it… this IS the hardest part of installing it!
(Or atleast in March anyways)

Amazing, I started my first door without watching this video, BIG
MISTAKE!!!! For the second door I was soooooo frustrated I just went online
to see what reccomendations I could find on the subject and I found this
video. Amazingly it made all the difference in the world. The first door
looked like crap the second was perfection! LOL! Had to take off the first
one and re-do but thanks for posting this video it helped me alot!
