I changed all the suspension and steering parts except the control arms on my 02 4.0l GC, ever time I hit a sewer cap or bump on the freeway the wobble comes and goes out, when I’m in a turn on the freeway and hit a bump it doesn’t wobble. Any suggestions

I commented a few months back. I replaced the tie rods and it feels MUCH better. But still has some slack. Haven’t tried this yet. I’m leaking power steering fluid pretty bad as well. Would there be a point in even trying or? A ship said it was my gear box and wanted $800 for it LMFAO

Doug would hitting a nasty pot hole cause the gear box to loosen up like that? It happened to me and I adjusted it and its fine now but it freaked me out when the steering got sloppy all of a sudden. The steering felt "pre-death wobble" if that makes sense. I've had full blown dw before and I know what it feels like when its coming….but its fine now
Thanks

Mine rides fine at low speeds but gets a little sketchy at higher speeds. Does any one know what that could be? The only things left on my front end to replace are the control arms/bushings and the steering stabilizer.
