It changed caster angle, loose components won't cause death wobble but worn components with not enough caster from the factory will. More caster is your friend.
One thing I’ve found with wranglers especially my dad 2016 the tire rod ends are garbage gotta replace them like every 6 years or you get a death wobble

Why the f wouldn't you just weld it?
