Try your spare key and see if it stays running, could be a bad key. If both keys react the same, get the module checked.
When mine was doing it, it would happen once or twice per month. Look up the service bulletin listed above and take it to the dealer. I believe if a service bulletin was issued they will fix it even if it’s out of warranty. If it happens again, try your spare key. If it starts with the spare, it could be the key that is the problem. If neither key starts it, it’s probably the module.
From what I understand from the dealer, that is not the case. Since the Sentry module in the jeep always receives a positive voltage, the removal of this fuse just resets the sentry unit. This is a common problem with this sentry unit across many vehicles. (I’ve traded my problematic Jeep for a new Ford Pickup!!!) Crazy how many issues I’ve had through the years with my 2007 model jeep. Maybe they got the issues worked out after Chrysler had a few years after taking Jeep over.
curious to see if pulling this fuse will allow to ignition to read any programed key?
I have the same issue as yours, my is 2008. One way is on the video or disconnect the battery wait for a few minute than reconnect it, it a temporary fix, but will cause it again. the other way is, it could be the Neutral safety switch is out of adjustment that could cause the problem, if it start on Neutral, it the Neutral safety switch. And last is Make a new really good ground from your battery, to the body, to the engine, and then to the transmission. This solution has worked for some.
How often does it happen? I just started having this on my 2008. It happens every few days….

same problem with my 2000 Grand Cherokee and i pulled the fuse, did the trick, though the engine did crank and ran for about 2 seconds before shutting back down..
